At Rameshwaram Rudraksha Kendra, we stand 100% behind the authenticity and quality of every natural bead, sacred mala, and certified gemstone we send out.

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or not matching your ordered specifications, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, box, and velvet pouch intact.
• The physical Laboratory Certificate of Authenticity card and invoice must be returned alongside the item.
• Custom customized items (e.g. customized gold-capped malas or personalized astrological ring settings) are subject to inspection and may incur a remaking fee if returned without defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

Initiating a return is simple:

1. Email us at rameshwaramrudracenter@gmail.com or WhatsApp our support line at +91 9927114860 / +91 9027571740 with your Order ID and photo of the item.
2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable) or provide return shipping instructions.
3. Upon receipt and inspection at our Haridwar lab, your replacement will be dispatched or refund initiated within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original method of payment (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's settlement cycle.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to the commencement of the Vedic Prana Pratishtha energization ritual and dispatch. Once consecrated and handed to the courier partner, standard return procedures apply.
